Palace of Panah Khan

In 1752, the Shusha fortress was built and it included several quarters inside the fortress. Along with the walls of the Shusha fortress, one of the first buildings to be built was the palace of Panah Khan. Yukhari Govhar Agha Mosque

It is an architectural monument of the 18th century, also known as a Friday mosque. There was a mosque built here back in 1752, the year when the city was founded on the initiative of Panahali Khan.
